Job summary

Cup of Joe Cafes, LLC is seeking a Coffeehouse Supervisor for our Starbucks licensed Northshore store in Chattanooga, TN. You will partner with the Coffeehouse Leader to drive daily operations, coach Baristas and Shift Leads, and ensure every guest experiences the Starbucks standard.

In this role you will manage inventory, scheduling, and floor coverage while building a positive team culture and delivering the Starbucks Experience on every shift. Experience in food service or retail is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18+ years old.
• 1-2 years supervisory/leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with the Coffeehouse Leader.
• Coach Baristas and Shift Leads; give real-time feedback on drinks and brand standards.
• Oversee inventory: ordering, receiving, stock levels.
• Assist scheduling and shift coverage; act as floor leader when needed.
• Ensure the team delivers the Starbucks Experience to every guest.
• Foster a strong team culture that supports engagement and retention.
• Monitor store performance and implement improvement plans.
• Step in as floor leader when needed.
• Handle guest concerns with confidence and care.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and standards.
