Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Starbucks coffee shop location. You will support the store manager, delegate tasks to team members, ensure prompt service, quality beverages, and a welcoming environment for guests and hotel patrons.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset to maintain high standards during all shifts. Availability for varied hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior Food and Beverage, Coffee/Barista, Restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.

Responsibilities

• Communicate pertinent information to store manager regarding performance of the shift.
• Assist with training and coaching of team members.
• Contribute to a positive environment by identifying changes in performance or morale.
