You will coach and coordinate a small team, manage assignments, and uphold store policies, safety, and cash controls during busy periods. This role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and deliverance of exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Provide quality beverages and food while handling cash accurately.
• Minimum 6 months customer-facing experience.
• At least 6 months coordinating tasks or delegating to others.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others and coordinate team tasks.
• Coach and develop partners to deliver great guest experiences.
• Uphold store policies, safety standards, and cash handling procedures.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes, adapting as needed.
• Support scheduling, shift coverage, and operational continuity.
