Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Ability to work flexible hours incl. early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to follow combined beverage/food recipes and customize as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the shift, ensuring quality beverages and food.
• Coach and coordinate team members to fulfill customer requests.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling, and policy standards.
• Foster a welcoming, community-focused store environment.
