Qualifications

• Six (6) months of customer-facing experience.
• Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
• Availability for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming space.
• Ensure quality beverages and food, accurate cash handling, and store safety.
• Coach teammates and delegate tasks to meet customer needs.
