Responsibilities

• Meet store policies and standards, ensuring quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate shifts to ensure smooth operation.
