Qualifications

• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others during shifts to ensure quality beverages and customer service.
• Lead with craft and heart to maintain a welcoming Starbucks experience for the community.
• Coach team members on drink and food preparation to meet standards.
• Uphold store policies and safety procedures and assist with training new partners.
