Qualifications

Two years of relevant experience
1 year of experience supervising a team
Strong problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Must be 18 years or older
Travel requirements: 0-10%

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people are welcomed and loved.
