Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate workers, reward high performers and discipline those who do not meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety goals.
• Act as the contact person for employee requests and time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
