Unidine is hiring immediately for full time and part time FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions at Preakness Senior Living, Wayne, NJ. The role requires 6 months of food service experience and offers a pay range of $17.50 to $18.50 per hour. Schedules include 6:00 am - 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, with days varying.

Qualifications

• 6 months of prior food service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
