The role partners with shop leadership to deliver a WOW customer experience and supports scheduling, onboarding, and training for continuous growth.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of relevant experience, one year in supervision, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a commitment to an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where employees are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel requirements: 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where everyone is welcomed and loved.
