Shake Shack in North Charleston, SC is hiring for a Restaurant Leadership role focused on guiding a team to deliver safe, fast and friendly service. You will manage shift flow, coach hourly Team Members, and support operations including purchasing and inventory.

We value strong communication, problem-solving and a passion for hospitality. Eligible candidates have 1+ year of leadership in a restaurant and a Food Safety Certification. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
