MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a Squad Crew in delivering pizzas and salads with personal, radical style. You will guide team members, model MOD values, and ensure every guest experience reflects our inclusive brand.

You’ll mentor Squad members, train on store tasks, and collaborate with the General Manager to engage the local community. We welcome diverse teams and foster growth within our restaurants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and behavior, and demonstrate a service mindset through effective leadership.
• Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect.
• Coach Shift Supervisors to keep energy high and maintain a positive shift.
• Demonstrate, train and coach Squad in all methods for store tasks.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Operational Standards and resources.
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the restaurant community.
