Job summary

MOD Super Fast Pizza, LLC, in Orlando, seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead the Squad Crew in delivering great pizzas and salads with personal service and radical style. You set the example of strong hospitality, coach teammates, and uphold MOD values on every shift.

You will guide pizza production for veggie pillars, pepperoni enthusiasts, and plant-based options, while building a welcoming, inclusive dining experience where everyone belongs and contributes to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Experience leading, coaching, training, and motivating front line employees.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and behaviors and exemplify a service mindset through effective leadership
• Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect
• Coach Shift Supervisors to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift
• Demonstrate, train and coach Squad in all methods for accomplishing store tasks
• Demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources
• Partner with General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant
