Job summary

Shake Shack in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to oversee service flow, direct the work of hourly Team Members, and uphold safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.

You will participate in interviews, support operations such as Purchasing and Inventory, and help develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced, people-first environment that values growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
