Shake Shack is hiring for a restaurant leadership role focused on guiding a team to maintain safety, cleanliness, quality, and fast service. You will directly lead hourly Team Members and support operations such as purchasing and inventory, while participating in interviews and employee relations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.).
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
