Job summary

Beat The Bomb Atlanta is seeking a Part-Time Shift Supervisor to lead a high-energy team in our Atlanta location. You will supervise front of house and back of house operations, ensuring a fun, safe, and engaging experience for guests in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

The ideal candidate brings customer-facing experience, loves people, and is comfortable guiding a team through dynamic events and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

Previous customer-facing experience in a bar, restaurant or entertainment facility.
Loves people and thrives when engaging with others.
Willing to work weekends (Friday–Sunday) as a weekend warrior.
Able to keep the trains running on time in a fast paced environment.
Strong aptitude for technology and an interest to learn.

Responsibilities

Set the tone for the rest of the team with a customer focused engagement: lead by example.
Manage all aspects of a guest reservation.
Opening and closing of the location and all associated responsibilities.
Assist General Manager with scheduling as requested.
Manage special events such corporate events, school outings and kids birthdays.
Respond to online Customers Reviews.
Ensure facility upkeep and cleanliness.
Manage game rooms and Bomb Room activities and ensure safety.
