The Shift Supervisor leads shifts, ensures brand standards and food safety, and helps train new team members while maintaining high customer service levels.

Ideal candidates have cash handling experience and leadership skills, with a friendly, outgoing demeanor and the ability to manage daily shift operations including opening and closing

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Operate POS and process payments accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling, wrapping, labeling and storage per policy.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or problems.
• Execute a variety of other tasks as assigned.
