Job summary

Culver's is seeking a motivated Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during designated shifts and supervise team members to deliver outstanding service.

You will delegate tasks, monitor performance, and report issues to the general manager while maintaining compliance with policies and safety standards. This role emphasizes coaching, schedule planning, and ensuring smooth workflows for guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members, assign duties, and create a schedule.

• Coach team members and provide on-going training and development.
• Open and close the restaurant, perform line checks, ensure station readiness, and prepare cash deposits.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve team member disputes.
