Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader to coach the restaurant team during shifts, ensuring operational Brand standards and excellent guest service. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate team members with timely feedback.

Responsibilities include supporting the Restaurant Manager to meet goals, maintaining brand standards in food/beverage preparation, and communicating priorities to the team. You will also oversee shift deployment, safety, inventory, and cash controls while handling

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English or the local language in which you serve.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans for shifts to ensure positions are adequately supported.
• Coach restaurant team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support the training of restaurant team members as needed.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies/processes throughout a shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Leader to prepare them for shift.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage Inventory throughout the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach team members accordingly.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies and make quick decisions.
