Job summary

Wingstop is seeking excellent shift leaders to supervise a shift, ensuring food safety, product preparation, cleanliness and company standards are maintained. You may work as a cashier or cook while leading staff and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will oversee tasks, train crew, manage inventory, enforce policies, and ensure efficient closing procedures with overall supervision of the restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member.
• Demonstrates outstanding guest service and knowledge of the menu.
• Trains newer crew members in tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintains inventory controls and follows store policies.
• Ensures cleanliness, safety and staffing standards are met.

Responsibilities
