Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to supervise daily operations, ensure food safety, and uphold Wingstop standards. You will work a cashier or cook position while guiding the team to deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes training crew members, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. You will help manage labor, break scheduling, and resolve customer issues with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a shift in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to train and mentor crew members effectively.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Proven guest service skills and problem solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks of a Wingstop crew member and supervises the shift.
• Provide outstanding guest service and greet/acknowledge guests.
• Train newer crew members and supervise staff performance.
• Practice inventory control and ensure clean, safe, stocked conditions.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Manage and motivate crew; coordinate breaks and assist as needed.
• Keep kitchen and dining area clean; ensure health/safety standards.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
