Job summary

Wingstop is seeking excellent shift leaders to supervise the operations of a shift, ensuring food safety, proper product preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards while working a cashier or cook position as needed.

You will train newer crew members, manage inventory, follow store policies, and help keep the kitchen and dining area clean to deliver outstanding Guest Service and a positive Wingstop experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent shift leaders to supervise the operations of a shift, ensuring food safety, product preparation, cleanliness and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member.
• Ensure guests receive outstanding service with a friendly environment and solid product knowledge.
• Trains newer crew members in their tasks and responsibilities.
• Practices inventory control standards.
• Store policies are followed by all staff members.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Manage and motivate crew members.
• Ensure breaks are coordinated effectively and quickly.
• Assemble and package orders according to Wingstop standard.
• Assist in keeping the kitchen and dining room clean throughout the shift.
• Support other positions when necessary.
