Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in quick service restaurant supervision or leadership role.
• Ability to stand/walk 95–100% of shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food Handlers certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team to ensure quality, guest service, safety, and cleanliness.
• Run shifts and enforce company policies, programs and systems.
• Manage staffing decisions, interviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Explain menu items to guests and operate the POS system.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company safety policies.
• Provide training and development to restaurant staff.
• Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Attend training meetings as required.
