Job Opening: Shift Supervisor at Canteen

• We are hiring immediately for a full-time Shift Supervisor position.
• Location: Madison Vending - 2305 Daniels Street, Madison, WI 53718. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, Sunday through Thursday, night shifts. More details upon interview.
• Requirements: Previous leadership and warehouse experience preferred.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
