• We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Madison Vending - 2305 Daniels Street, Madison, WI 53718. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time schedule. Sunday through Thursday, hours may vary; night shifts. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous leadership and warehouse experience is preferred.

Pay Range: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare reports for management to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Act as a contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
