Job summary

Panera Bread Covelli Family Ltd. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver the Panera guest experience.

You will manage front- and back‑of‑house teams, coach staff, and uphold service standards across a fast-paced bakery‑café environment. Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in fast/casual or hospitality, with strong leadership and training skills, a proven team‑leadership track, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fast/casual, full-service or hospitality industries.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced guest-driven environment.
• Stable work history and minimum 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant

Typical work activities:
