Job summary

Panera Bread Covelli Family Ltd. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced bakery-café team and deliver the Panera guest experience. You’ll oversee a zone’s operations, drive sales, and coach staff to maintain high service and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fast/casual, full-service or hospitality industries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
• Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
• Creating and executing staff development
• Coaching and leading your team throughout the shift
• Recruiting, training and motivating staff
• Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's standards
• Greeting guests and doing table visits to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety

Typical work activities:
