Job summary

Panera Bread in Brandon, FL is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced bakery-café team and deliver the guest experience our customers expect.

You will oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, coach and develop staff, manage performance, and ensure daily restaurant performance and standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in fast-casual or hospitality, a proven leadership record, and a passion for creating a fun, guest-driven environment.
