Job summary

ESFM® USA in Spartanburg, SC is looking for a Supervisor to oversee associates during shifts. Responsibilities include managing schedules, evaluating performance, and providing training.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

Location: Spartanburg, SC 29307. Full‑time schedule with multiple shifts available. Days and hours may vary; additional details provided during interview.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Acting as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentoring, developing employees, and encouraging workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Fixed Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.
