Shift Supervisor

Location: 8000 Tuckaseegee Rd., Charlotte, NC 28214.

Schedule: Full time, Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00am – 4:30am or 6:00pm – 4:30am. Details to be provided during interview.

Pay: $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience is required.
