Job Details

Location: 2022 Ashland Road, Rockville, VA 23146. Online applications only.

Schedule: Employees will be assigned to either Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday schedules, working 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (days) or 7:00 PM–5:30 AM (nights). During the initial site startup and construction clean phase, all team members will temporarily work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM before transitioning to their assigned schedule.

Requirement: Previous supervisory experience is required. Previous warehouse and janitorial experience a plus.

Pay: $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
