Job Title: Shift Supervisor

Location: San Jose State University

Position: Immediate opening for a Shift Supervisor.

Address: One Washington Square, CA 95192

Schedule: Full Time. More details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: Previous experience highly preferred.

Pay Range: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct activities of associates during specific shifts, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide training and create work schedules.
  • Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
  • Prepare reports on production or sales for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
  • Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
