The elevated Signia by Hilton San Jose is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to join the Finance Team.

Located across from Plaza de César Chávez Park and near the San Jose Convention Center, our hotel offers a prime Silicon Valley location. With 541 rooms, over 65,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, signature dining, an outdoor rooftop pool, and extensive fitness facilities, it promises a dynamic work environment.

• Classification: Full-Time
• Shifts: Morning shifts, Monday to Friday
• Hourly pay range: $36 - $38.50

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3 years of payroll experience
• Union hotel experience (highly preferred)
• Knowledge of audit processes

Responsibilities:

• Process hours and payroll for hotel team members
• Review payroll accuracy and report discrepancies
• Prepare payroll reports
• Conduct record retention, assist with quarterly and year-end closings (Disability, W-2s)
• Process tips and gratuities
