The elevated Signia by Hilton San Jose is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to join the Finance Team.

Located across from Plaza de César Chávez Park and near the San Jose Convention Center, Signia by Hilton San Jose offers a prime Silicon Valley location. The hotel features 541 rooms, over 65,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, signature dining, an outdoor rooftop pool, and extensive fitness facilities.

• Classification: Full-Time
• Shifts: Morning shifts, Monday to Friday
• Hourly pay range: $36 - $38.50

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience
• Union hotel experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of audit processes

Responsibilities

As a Payroll Supervisor, you will support Payroll and General Accounting functions. This is a full-time, on-site role.

• Process hours and payroll for hotel team members
• Review payroll accuracy and report discrepancies
• Prepare payroll reports
• Conduct record retention and assist with quarterly and year-end closings (Disability, W-2s)
• Process tips and gratuities
