We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location: C3.AI - 1400 Seaport Boulevard, Redwood City, CA 94063. Online applications accepted only.

Requirement: Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Pay Range: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring that job expectations are met while policies and procedures are followed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who do not meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
