AutoZone's Full-Time Shift Supervisors assist the Store Manager with leading initiatives, ensuring productivity, training staff, driving sales, controlling expenses, and maintaining compliance with company procedures. They aim to deliver a WOW! Customer shopping experience each shift by Living the Pledge daily.

Position Responsibilities

1. Supervise, train, and develop store personnel in collaboration with the Store Manager.
2. Take responsibility for store operations and the commercial department during assigned shifts in the absence of the Store or Commercial Sales Manager.
3. Manage the Commercial and Hub Departments to ensure timely service and delivery of commercial accounts.
4. Delegate merchandising tasks and ensure their completion.
5. Operate cash registers, handle deposits, petty cash, and maintain accountability.
6. Follow all company policies and loss prevention procedures.
7. Utilize ZNET to assist customers in locating merchandise or alternatives.
8. Maintain a safe working environment, including PPE practices.
9. Monitor cash flow, inventory, and security controls.
10. Maintain sales productivity, store appearance, and merchandising standards.
11. Conduct opening and closing procedures and manage emergency situations appropriately.
12. Provide performance feedback to AutoZoners.
13. Monitor and manage risk and safety activities.
14. Address and resolve customer concerns, aiming to turn complaints into compliments.
15. Manage returns and inventory effectively.
16. Communicate issues and concerns to the Store Manager confidentially and promptly.
17. Motivate staff to deliver WOW! Customer Service, improve productivity, and promote sales.

Position Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• High integrity and excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to drive customer service.
