Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor at Union College in Schenectady, NY. The role directs the activities of associates on a specific shift and ensures policy and procedure adherence while meeting production and service goals.

• Mentor and develop employees for advancement within the organization.

Summary:

• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
