Job summary

Compass Group USA, via Bon Appétit Management Company, is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor in San Mateo, CA. The role directs the activities of associates during a shift, trains staff, and ensures policies are followed from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to direct shift activities and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
