Compass Group USA's Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for the Gates Foundation site in Seattle. The role runs Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a fixed pay rate of $25.00 per hour.

Two to three years of catering experience is required and online applications are accepted. You will direct associates during shifts, train staff, prepare reports, handle time-off requests, and mentor team members toward advancement.

• Mentor employees and support advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
