Job summary

Applegreen US is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift team members, ensure top‑notch customer service, and uphold brand standards across our plazas. The role requires assisting with training, monitoring cash handling, and ensuring food safety policies are followed.

You will be responsible for daily opening/closing tasks, operating the POS, and maintaining product knowledge while delivering friendly, efficient service to travelers at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience required or preferred.
• Customer service experience required with a friendly, positive demeanor.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift and ensure brand standards.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures per policy.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Follow food safety and handling procedures and uphold cleanliness.
• Assist in training new team members and coach staff.
• Communicate observations or concerns to plaza leadership.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
