Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and smooth store operations. You will lead the crew in the absence of a manager, ensure opening and closing tasks are completed, and help drive execution and sales in a busy community pharmacy environment.

You’ll supervise staff, assist customers, maintain confidentiality, and handle merchandising, pricing and inventory.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Support store management to drive store execution and customer service excellence.
• Supervise crew, assign tasks, monitor performance and communicate with management.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints while maintaining confidentiality.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage displays and weekly promotions.
