Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while delivering exceptional customer service. When there is no manager onsite, you lead the staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed smoothly.

You will supervise crew, communicate with management, assist customers, maintain confidentiality, price merchandise, stock shelves, and reset departments following promotional plans.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Management: Supervise store crews and work with store management to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, promote CVS customer service culture, handle issues in accordance with policy, and maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and reset departments following promotional plans.
