Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead store staff when no manager is onsite, ensuring opening/closing procedures are followed and customer service remains a priority.

The role requires a reliable, customer-focused leader with strong communication and supervisory skills. This full-time position offers a base hourly rate with comprehensive benefits and a 32-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and ensure smooth operations when manager or supervisor is absent.
• Open and close procedures are completed.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Maintain CVS customer service culture and greet and thank customers.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays.
• Reset departments per planogram and promotional changes.
