Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at our travel plazas. You will supervise team members, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold food safety and brand standards across opening, operating, and closing procedures.

Responsibilities include cash handling, POS operations, training new staff, and maintaining product knowledge while actively cross-selling. The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced

Formación

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policy.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products and maintain product knowledge.
• Assist in training new team members and follow brand standards.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or problems and execute other tasks.
