Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on exceptional customer service. When managers are not onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads staff and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

This full-time role covers supervision, merchandising, and maintaining CVS standards, with a typical 30-hour weekly schedule and a pay range of $16.50–$24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work with store management and crews to drive execution.
• Supervise the store staff by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or problems while upholding policy.
• Price, stock, and present merchandise; manage displays and inventories.
• Ensure confidentiality and provide a positive customer experience.
