Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in store execution and performance.
• When no manager onsite, lead store staff and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventory, and reset departments as per planograms.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and handle customer relations per policy.
