Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and exceptional customer service. When managers are not onsite, you lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

This full-time role offers 30 hours weekly, with a pay range of $16.00–$23.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; ability to respond to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in manager absence, ensuring store operations run smoothly.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Price, stock, and display merchandise; manage weekly promotions and resets.
• Execute displays and inventory per planograms.

Education
