Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Wisconsin to supervise mid and closing shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction, quality, cleanliness, and safety while upholding brand standards. You may also cover other hourly roles as needed and participate in on-the-job leadership growth and training.

As part of the leadership team, you will mentor teammates, resolve guest concerns, and uphold service excellence. This role offers opportunities for advancement within a dynamic casual dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Lead team, resolve guest issues, maintain product quality and cleanliness.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and focus on revenue generation and cost control.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and training compliance across shifts.
• Collaborate with management to maximize profits and brand standards.
