Job summary

Red Robin in Kenosha, Wisconsin is seeking an energetic Shift Supervisor to help run day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management.

You will uphold brand standards, supervise peers, maintain food quality and restaurant cleanliness, mentor team members, and contribute to guest satisfaction and profitability. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities are available along with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 1 year of full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Must maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
• Ability to supervise peers and communicate effectively.
